American Culinary Federation
| The GCCC Culinary Management Program is
accredited through the American Culinary Federation Education Institute Accrediting
Commission. Strict standards must be met and maintained by the college to earn this accreditation. The
ACF is also the only national certifying organization. Through the ACF, culinarians move up
the certification ladder from Certified Culinarian, to Certified Sous Chef, Certified Chef de
Cuisine, Certified Executive (& Pastry) Chef and Certified Master (& Pastry) Chef. |
