Chef Redd earned his Culinary Arts degree
from Gulf Coast Community College, where he won the Florida State Gold
Medal for hot foods competition. He then went on to represent the college
and the state in Kansas City, Mo.
He earned his title, Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary
Federation, was the Executive Chef and Owner of the Saltwater Grill in Panama
City, and went on to become the Executive Chef and owner of the Light House
restaurant on Panama City Beach.
Chef Redd earned the Silver Medal and fourth overall of 18 in St.
Augustine in the Spring Jamboree 2003.
