The Gulf Coast Community College Culinary Management
Program provides hands-on dining room, kitchen, bakery, purchasing and restaurant
management instruction as well as the academic classes that are part of the AS degree. We
also encourage students to participate in a variety of competitions. GCCC has an
outstanding record of success in American Culinary Federation (ACF), professional
competitions and Skills USA/VICA. Students are encouraged to join the ranks each year in
achieving medals and awards at the regional, state and national levels. |
