Chef Dee Brown has been on the Culinary Management Advisory Board since inception in 1989. Chef Brown received the Bachelors of Science Degree from Troy State University and then went on to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. He has worked as the Executive Chef of the Shade Tree Restaurant, Bay Point Yacht and Country Club, Runaway Island Restaurant and The Treasure Ship. He also owns Commercial Catering Company of Panama City Beach and The Maine Lobster Connection, wholesale fresh seafood distribution company.
