Richard B. Stewart, MBA Mr. Stewart is the Chairman of the Business Division and Coordinator of the Culinary Management programs of Gulf Coast Community College. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Troy State College, the Masters in Business Administration from Florida State University, and the Securities Diploma from New York Institute of Finance. Mr. Stewart became the Chair for the business division in 1979 and began coordinating the Culinary Management program in 2000.
