	The class "the sommelier" does not have a commercial purpose. It has been written by a certified restaurant professor with an educational purpose.
	The LEDA society has been actively helping the course by supplying the wines necessary for the photos and tasting.
	The class has been written thanks to the professional experience of the author, to books and magazines available in the bibliography and to the advise of professionals of the restaurant and wine industries.
	The class "the sommelier" presents a personal approach. Some elements can be controversed depending on the different methods of the establishments. Internet lovers are welcome to contact the author for any difference in opinion concerning one or various points of the course.
