Johnny Patronis serves as Chairman for the Culinary Management Advisory Board.
He has been a faithful supporter of the program since inception, mentoring
students for externship and donating his restaurant for fundraisers and as an ACF
meeting site. Mr. Patronis also initiated a culinary exchange, leading the culinary faculty on trips to Italy and France
to study and work with chefs as part of an exchange program that now allows two
students each year to travel abroad.
