UNIFORM INFORMATION

KITCHEN UNIFORM:

1. White, long-sleeved cotton chef coat & checked pants

2. White scarf.

3. Chef's toque (purchased from the college bookstore).

4. Black, oil resistant, kitchen shoes

5. White apron

6. Minimum tw0 side towels.

7. Knife kit, thermometer, & marking pen

8. An absence of jewelry

* Service Staff Uniform

1. White service apron (with pocket)

2. Black slacks

3. Black, oil resistant shoes. 

4. White long-sleeved tuxedo shirt (wing collar or spread collar.  

5. Black bow tie

6. Black servers vest

*Dining room students provide each of these items by first day of service.
